My friend has a nos 1978 indy anniversary decal set. That i was just asking the ncrs guys what it is worth. They said about 500. tops. It is in mint condition and still in the orginal box that was in the car when delivered.
No, hes right guys, this is an original...back in the late 60's/early 70's "standards" (now) was spelled "standerds" back then...if I were you all I'd throw that $500 down right now, before it's too late!!!
Fake or otherwise it is interesting to note that the one for the Corvette is currently more than twice the price of the one for the Olds even thought they are the exact same sticker

I figured that the sticker was another one of IOU-1's marvelous auctions, but I was wrong.
Has anyone ever dealt with Mr. IOU-1 on Ebay. I have never heard anyone hype an item like him. I always love his copy which frequently advises his potential buyers that, "if they were intelligent" they would buy said item for some overblown price. I've been looking for some original lint for the ol 81, I keep hoping he lists it for under a grand.
One of the major corvette aftermarket parts companies sells correct blue reproductions for $3.00. And yes, they have the correct spelling.
Instead of bidding on e-bay for an incorrect one, just order one for $3.00!
