the throttle body was taken out to a local company to polish it. this must have been a tremendous and nasty undertaking as the casting is quite rough and required a couple of days worth of work.

Paul, did i meet you at bowling green during the 50th reunion? this car was there with the 502 ramjet in it and i was involved in a wreck on the way home from the trip. following the accident the car got a new frame, rear body components, new exhaust, and many rear under carriage components. it is basically new from top to bottom.
all classic instruments, and new interior, convertible top in the soft canvas and continues to have a detachable hardtop although it never seems to make it into the pictures. all of the wheels are 18"x9.5"s.
i put one clean shot of the engine bayon the C-3 convertible shots. you'll have to look there as i have no idea how to get them onto this thread. i'll take a few other shots this weekend and download them on here.

if you send them to me I'll upload them on my photobucket account and edit my original post
the rearend is a 336 and the final drive ratio of the richmond is .76 to1
overall this is a super combination as the 1st gear of the richmond makes the rearend feel like a 411 or maybe a 456. on the high end, 6th gear, i can drive at 80 or higher all day long and not strain the engine. what a remarkable combo!
it is my intention to post a couple of photo's of my 73 roadster now that it is restored (frame off) with a 502 ramjet and a richmond 6 speed. the overhaul has a substantial amount of mods but presents itself quite well as a modest package without appearing radical. it screams and begs for attention and is currently waiting for it's second outing here in the greater tampa area. if anyone has questions please feel free to reply to this post and i'll get back with you.....
Awesome car
Can you post pictures of the engine compartment
