I thought you were talking about the doghouse I'm always in for spending to much on the Vette. If I removed it I would have nowhere to live.

A qestion for all you psychiatrists out there: What motovates a person to register on a forum as "crank" and ask a question like this? At least when they register as "Suprasrule" and post that "all corvettes suck" we know where they are coming from........

If you spend too much, you will be in the doghouse (poorhouse as well). The wife can only take so much. You know your in big trouble when the wife then wants to remove the doghouse.

He's referring to the front clip. You know, the entire body in front of the doors.

Sheesh!

So this is a legitimate question? In that case, I withdraw my critical comment! instead, I reply: Sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about, but here's a TTT for you... maybe someone else can help. And welcome to the forum!
