It should not but if you have not had it aligned in a while might not be a bad idea. I put in new front springs from 460 to 550 and it lowered the front a little so I'm off to the alignment shop this spring. Might even bring the rear down a little. Mine has not been aligned in about 5 years so its time.
Presently, my car runs straight down the road with no hands on the steering wheel for a short time.
Is the increase in wheel/tire size going to necessitate a front end alignment? I suspect so!
The wheel and tire change does not make an alignment necessary - however ... you spent a lot of money on these tires and you probably want them to last a while... also you problably want to get the most (best handling) out of them.... get an alignment done, all 4 wheels....
