lesson learned
finally some progress has been made on my POS '85. turns out that my brand new distributors pick up coil was NFG.
after replacing every part and sensor on this piece of crap, i just kept being suspicious of that distributor, so i kept checking it, it was always checking out good, finally i had them (napa) send it back to the manufacturer and they found a defective pick up coil. my fingers are crossed, we spent the past few days digging it out of the snow( my kid put a shovel through the side, i'll post about that seperately
) and hopefully i will be actually driving my "lawn ornament" soon.
