Default Insulation Kit Install

I ordered my C4 Precut Insulation Kit from Crazy Cowboy and am just wondering what is the best way to put it down? Should I use the 3m spray adhesive just like the carpet? Should I wait a certain amount of time before I install the carpet over it? Any help would be great because I've never installed any insulation material before.

Thats what i'd use. 3M super trim adhesive in the spray can. Let it tack 10 mins, then let the 2 pcs touch. I'd ait atleast half a day before installing the carpet.

Make sure u do it in a shaded area, if you do it where sun is hitting it, it'll make the glue soften and itll move....

Thank you! That was exactly what I was looking for. Just one last question on this topic. I have 3M spray adhesive. It says it is hi-strength 90 and will "bond most woods, particle board, metal, laminate and many plastics". Is this the type of glue I should use?
