Default Random Honk=vats?

Sometimes when I start my '88 up the horn will go off 2 times. Im guessing this is vats?
Also my passenger side horn is unplugged.

Sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm system, not a VATS problem.

Look under the drivers side kick panel - under the dash. That's how I found out that I had an aftermarket alarm & remote start. I just had to order a remote & I was in business.

The vats has nothing to do with the horn, and it doesnt sound like the factory security system either.
