Ummm, Grandsport convertible with red interior.
Other than that, the colors seem to be the collectible part of the rare ones. I think yellow and purple are the rarest. As far as nice options to have, Bose, auto a/c, sport seats, and the different suspension options are nice too depending on what you care about.
Yellow with Grey interior seems to be desirable, maybe just rare in some folks opinions. I found out that my car was a one off model (Yellow, LT4, Grey Interior, select ride). Now if you can find this combination in a vert, you'll find something special IMHO.
I'm not sure if that makes the car more valuable, but it always stirs interest in folks.
You cannot go wrong with a Grand Sport. I'm starting to look for a GS vert with red interior (looking very slowly).
Finding a LT4 still for sale was the toughest part for me. The dealer I bought my Corvette from sold 2 LT4s before I could even look at them. He called me on the third one he found and now that car is mine. I've had the car 3 years now. They are top of the line for C4s, not too expensive (I paid $15K) and this forum has all the maintenance info you will ever need.
