The one thing I hate about my 89 convertible is I never get it above 50 mph I think it has actually hurt my car.... THe highest the speedlimit gets here on okinawa is 80 kph that seems fast compared to the normal 30 kph on almost every street around here that is 15 MPH!!!!!
The other reason is my other 2 vettes are in Michigan and im here with no one to wave to....... :seeya

Cant leave it un-attended or something bad will happen. Usually come back and have fingerprints all over. I don't mind people looking but I wish they would keep there f*$#*#G hands off. It is worth all of the trouble though. :D :D

reminds me of a sign I saw at the Eureka car show "If you run your fingers over my car, I'll run over your fingers with my car"

1.) Squeaks and rattles
2.) Chassis flex when the targa roof is removed
3.) Cheap leather seats

Other than that, I love my Vette.
If you think the seats are cheap, just wait until you buy some replacements!

God blessit Code 33!!!
The electrical system.
The attention it gets, that is the negative attention.
I'm 18 and drive a corvette thus to most this makes me 1)stuck up, spoiled rich kid, 2) a punk 3) the devils advocate.

The squeaks and rattles.
The cowl flex
The fact that why didn't Chevy just produce a better Intake Manifold from the factory?? What a bunch of dummys! l98 + air = good!

The fact that the paint is as fragile as china.

After a good wash, it seems people just love to touch it. :nono: :nono:

It is my daily driver , 89 roadster, yes the weather stripping SUCKS,heat is a problem,(Phoenix) but parts are cheap (girlfriend works for G.M.)
other wise I think I would drive something else,(leave roadster in garage and really go to work on it) I LOVE THIS CAR.
