Sorry for the bad pic. I talked to the company and they say this piece is not suppose to be longer. Does that seem right to you? Do you think it looks funny being 5 inches short of the end of the recessed part?

Should not that i am holding it in place as I am debating on sending it back or installing it to go with the rest of my carbon dash.

Yeah it would look better if it was longer

Mine came with full length ones. I never did install those and I am now in the process of pealing off all the carbon fibre. Time for change

I'd have to throw the flag on that answer.

That looks like Poop as is.

Don't expect the pieces really fast (couple of weeks) as they make each piece to order and it is real carbon fiber. Not the fact stuff. Well worh the wait compared to competitors.

Hopefully this wasn't against forum rules but since I was asked I wanted to answer. Have no relations with the company other than owning their product for 5-6 years (dash minus the doors).

I've spoken with them about the piece and they are going to build me a piece that is 5 inches longer to fill in the gap. Very happy with the customer service I have received so far around this issue. At the local show I got mixed reviews on the length which suprised me but now I understand why they responded the way they did the first time.

I will post pics of the new piece.

I have spoken to them but they don't seem the easiest to get information out off. Do these go over the top of the original dash or do they replace it? If they go on the top do they stick on or something?

Any info would be great!!

They go over the dash. None of it sticks on but the piece that goes over the cup holder tray. It mounts with tiny screws.

Here are some more pics (old interior as it is now black)

On this pic you can see two of the mounting screws on the ac piece. Look at the top right corner and the lower right corner.

Not the best pic but you can see how it mounts better here (take not I cut a piece off below the radio to make room for the double din monitor)
