Hey Ron, welcome to the Forum. I live in South Florida and drive in the rain twice a day.....driving to work and driving home. Corvettes were made to drive....get it out of the garage and drive it.
Now for the problem. You need to first check for codes. That will give you a hint where to start looking for your problem. You might want to purchase a FSM (factory service manual). Check either on the Forum or on fleabay for a good price for the set. The FSM has all the answers on what is wrong and how to fix.
