Weels for the '84 (found my 'Mags')
So I finally swung a deal and got the exact wheels I was looking to get.
I know, My car needs paint...bad....I'm working on it. But I got rid of a bent wheel issue this weekend...one less vibration to deal with.
And yes there is a Lug nut missing, The sets these days only come with four...I bought the last two sets Kragen had. I need to get a another set.

Aight, these are the $3000 upgrade real magnesium mags from the C5s. Every so often a set comes up for sale on the C5 section.
They are painted Bronze with a thick wet paint and you can see how easy they chip....I got mine that way...but as you can tell...I'm not real into details...so the chips don't bother me for now.
But, I've been looking to get rid of those fugly '84 wheels from the moment I got this car three years ago. I've been hawking craigslist every day......and as I looked at all the different styles and sizes, I somehow landed on these being the best option for me.
These are 17 x 8.5 front and 18 x 9.5 rears.
CentralCoaster had them stashed in his attic for a few years. So I ran down to San Diego Saturday and bartered/bought these from him.
The rears needed spacers, so I found a pair of 1.25" spacers off of Craigslist in Oceanside.......Then I went my favorite Ylantas (used tire place) and bought tires.
Now I need to buy one more set of Lug nuts, then next few months I'll buy new tires as money comes in.
But these are really smooth (my old wheels were bent and I had a vibration)...so I am really jazzed over the whole thing.

Very sharp!!
Are you going to have the car repainted in the same color? I have seen some C5's with the magnesium wheels in Dark Bowling Green Metallic and the Dark Navy Blue Metallic colors that looked nice.

I bought a set of the '03 champagne color wheels from a Forum member. I used Goof Off and a heat gun to remove the decals from the center caps and bought a set of C4-logo emblems from an E bay vendor to replace them. Turned out pretty good.
Yours look great! What a difference

You're wheels look great This is going to sound a little off but, you're car looks like it's 'brushed stainless or aluminum' in the 1st and 2nd pictures. I'm guessing it's the light and your paint, but it looks cool. And it's Monday and I have to take a break from the Hillers, so no, it's not that talking.

But I'm glad I fooled someone for 20-30 minutes
