Missouri use to have inspection stations like that(minus the jacking up of the front end) and I use to hate going in there.
I went in one time about 3:30pm and all the workers were fighting over who was going to test my car....
So I had to go tell the manager what was going on, and he did the test.
So glad I don't have to go through that $h!t anymore.
