I should....but have a laundry list of menial crap to get done today.....which includes getting my taxes done. Sarsin' Frarsin' Rickin' Rackin' IRS.
I am gonna start hunting down a Helm manual for it. I hate it when stuff doesn't work, so the cruise and the A/C will get rapid attention....it won't be long before it's 100 degrees out.
I am gonna enjoy sorting out this car though.....there really isn't too much it needs to be a very nice cruiser.

I think you need to take it on a cruise and visit all your Forum friends to personally show it off. By the time you get half done, Canada should be warm...or at least above freezing...
Ah, now you're five up on the ole cat- years that is. Oh Sweetsie..... come play with the nice doggie, he may be able to catch you now, lol. Congrats, Friz. Beautiful car, and I love the chromed sawblades.

Hell yeah, I'm in a heat wave here, going to hit almost 60

Ratin' scratin' LT1
Can you picture the heavy L83 vs the mighty L98, you'd probably fall a sleep waiting for us in the 1/4
I just realized your new Vette has AZ plates. By chance does it have 59k miles on it? Reason I asked is... I called a guy about a Polo 95 (with tan interior) back when I was looking. I ended up not going to look at it because of various reasons, but it sounded promising at the time. I even got the VIN to run a CarFax on it... if, by some chance, this is the same car I've got your CarFax!

He's wanting me to put silver ambient lighting in though, and I just can't bring myself to do it.
Well, I've finished my taxes for 2009.....and the Corvette will be getting nothing until May. I just sent my tire and weatherstrip money to the Obama adminstration so he can redistribute it without my consent to those less ambitious than me. Sorry...didn't mean to mix politics with pleasure....I just get testy when Uncle dips into my wallet. I hereby hike my leg and **** on this socialist regime.
Anyhoo....since I can't spend any money on it this month, guess I will start troubleshooting the A/C and cruise. Anyone got a Helm manual for a '95 they can scan a few pages of and email me since I'm now too poor to buy one?

this is the second year in a row I didn't have to pay extra taxes. Step son is in college so the government sends me your money. I think we got back about 600 bucks.
I too get real testy in regards to the gov taking anyone's money and throwing it into a bottomless pit. I get even testier when it's mine and it usually is
Agreed. And if it was just going to folks sending their kids to college, you'd never hear a peep outta me.
We had an extra paycheck this month free and clear after everything was said and done. I was going to get a set of tires, alignment, a weatherstrip kit, and get the car insured through NCM. I'll get it insured, but that's the extent of it. Everything else waits until May. But that's OK....I can watch the parasites waddle out of Wal-Mart with their buggies full on my nickel on the 1st and 15th. Oooppss...don't want this to be sent to PR&C.
Anyhoo....I have power to the cruise servo, so the switch (at least the on/off) is good. I will pump up the servo with a vacuum pump and ensure that it moves the throttle and holds. If that's good, I'll look at vacuum lines to and from the intake, cannister, and brake pedal and go from there. I think the cruise issue will be resolved quickly.
Overall, I really like this car. It's obviously been well cared for, and once I give it a good Frizlefrakking, it's gonna be a sweet cruiser.
Hope I'm not to late to say CONGRATS!! A round of Hillers on the Cat. "he told me so"
