Yah brother yours is nice.
But yours is clean for showing mine is clean for driveing meaning no waxxing not just cleaned i did how ever just take the car cover off of it

Not gonna lie and say it's 100% Perfect cause no paint job is but it is a close 99.99% But like my buddy Ch@0s would say it's a 10 yearold show car paint job on a 23 yearold car.

Until 2 years ago it had not been cleaned in 21 years.....

I spent about 3 r 4 hrs a day for a week getting it acceptable to me! Then the radiator busted and send anti freeze all over everything!

So i got a good day ahead of me cleaning it back up...

...I'm the kind that took the 96 to a show straight off of the track with oil sprayed under the hood (from a busted line) and rubber stuck all over the nose.
And the NCRS "Top Flight" guy beside me never said a word to me the whole time.

Hello Everyone,
I am a Corvette Newbie and proud of it! I bought my Vette last Wednesday. It is a 1992 Coupe, black with black Grand Sport Ralley wheels. I have always been a huge Knight Rider fan, and if KITT had been a Corvette, he'd look just like my Vette.
I have a dilemma I wanted to run by you guys. When I bought the the Vette, it had 2 red stripes on the left front fender. The dealer didn't really know what he was talking about and told me that the previous owner put those on to be a replica pace car. Well, after doing some research, I know that the "hash marks" are a trademark of the 1996 Grand Sport. I love the Grand Sport wheels but I have a problem with the hash marks. I plan to join my local Corvette Club, and I'm thinking that I don't want my Vette to be a "Wanna Be Grand Sport" Everyone knows that the Grand Sport was made in 1996, not 1992. Am I being too critical? I haven't removed the hash marks yet. Let me know what ya'll think.

I'm with you...love to take the track car to a car show...When asked about class, we used to say it was "Race and Show"
