I guess to really be a tough guy you have to kick in the door of some soccer mom's minivan when nobody is looking.

This is going to end well. Could be as much fun to watch as the Hokies HSR thread on the "other" forum.

Actually, Yeah I did. You forgot to mention how they Purposely hit my car first. Easy to leave that part out isn't it? Oh and nice add on with the poor soccer mom. Its amazing, I didn't even see you around when it happened. Oh wait a minute, You where not around and you have no idea if it was a soccer mom or bin laden.

So how is it that you came up with it being a soccer mom? You should have said it was a van full of orphan babies, driven by mother Mary on the way to save aids children from a burning hospital.
That would have made me look real bad...

If you like to let people run all over you thats fine, Enjoy being the whipping boy. Someone hits my car on purpose they are very lucky that I only hit their car and not them. I don't care if it's a soccer mom or aboatguy's big Ole NC men carrying guns.

For real? That's lame. Lame in two ways. One, that he leaves when the heat is up, and 2, No more comic entrainment between you two for a wile.

Apparently he needs to come back. Looks like he takes the heat off me

Purposely hit your car huh? What makes you think that? Do you think somebody is really dumb enough to hit a car on purpose and then leave their car against it so the owner can come out and see it?

From what you said... you weren't around either. Did you see them purposely hit your car? If I can't make assumptions why can you? How do you know it was intentional? Did you see Bin Laden run into the back of your car? Sad part is, the van was probably worth more than your C4.

I don't let people run all over me and I sure as hell am not a whipping boy. I'll gladly stick up for myself. You on the other hand are the type that thinks everybody is out to get you and you go out looking for fights (or at least act like it online). Do you really think some minivan driver targeted your Corvette and said "Yep, I'm going to hit it... just because I can." In case you haven't figured it out the vast majority of the world couldn't care less about you or your car sitting in a parking lot. The driver probably didn't even know what kind of car it was yet in your mind they did it on purpose. Get over yourself. You said the van caused no damage but to make yourself feel better you kicked in the door and drove away rather than confronting them. Yea... that makes you really tough. I would bet absolutely anything that the owner of that van has zero clue why somebody felt the need to kick in their door.

... Oh, and you never did answer my question. Did you tell your B-I-L about your destruction of property? I do believe that's illegal.

Driver of minivan = bad driver.

You = criminal.

You need to go back and read dude. Yes I feel 100% that they hit my car intentionally. I was parked way away from any other traffic, In a horrible place just to keep people away from my car. Their was NO reason for them to park any where around me.

And I did wait for them, I waited about 15 mins to confront them about it. I waited in a hot car, on one of the hottest days of the year. After 15 mins I had better things to do then wait around wile my food goes bad.

I'm allowed to make assumptions because I was their. If you will go back and read you will notice that I mentioned that the minivan was trashed to Begin with. It looked like someone worked out of it. You make it sound like it is a brand new $20,000 van. It was a $1200 car TOPS. And it had signs that they do this often. The driver door I kicked was covered in key marks, The rear wiper arm was duct taped on, and every window was down and it was filled with fast food bags. As far as punishment vs crime, My bumper was only undamaged because it was hot, made of urethane and was stopped by the bracing before it could damage it. If he had of hit the front, or the sides that hard it would have done a lot of damage. And besides, I even said I did not mean to put a hole in the door. I only wanted to dent it like they did my rear bumper.

The owner did not care one bit about the looks of his van, And prob gets a kick out of hitting others cars. So I gave him a kick to remember.

No way can you hit the rear of a corvette in a minivan and not know it. It's not possible unless your a complete moron, too old to be driving or just don't give a ****.

I like how you say that I feel everyone is out to get me, and how I like starting fights. BUT......
You bring up another thread in this one, Just to slam me! And I'm the one that likes to fight? Seems like you came to start a fight. Not me. If you go back to every thread you will see that I never said anything to you, Until you said something smart *** to me first.

You first started in the C5 body kit thread, And now it's this one. Each and every time you made a smart *** comment to me before I ever even talked to you. Don't blame me for starting your fights.

I didn't come to you buddy, You came to me starting your ignorant BS.

If you want to avoid conflict, then I strongly suggest you not say smart *** things to me or about me. Because I'm not going to ignore them. If thats acting like everyone is out to get me, and like I want to start fights then so be it.

DAMN you seriously need to read, It was the VERY FIRST comment I made. It says "Actually, Yeah I did" Just below a quote of your smart *** question. Seriously, you need to take the time to read things so you don't come off like such as ***.

EDIT: Here I highlighted it is red for you, since you have a hard time reading.

Regardless of anything else... if you felt the need to kick in a door and run away you are no better than them.

It's really bad around here, DC area, with motorists and Motorcyclists. Been cut off on 270 numerous times and tailgated and run out of my lane more times than I can count.

Most offenders seem Females of Far East origin, Females on cell phones with their 3 kids "running around inside the minivan", and Females Texting. Though they are totally absorbed in their conversations they certainly know how to extend their middle digit when they hear my air-horn or when I finally have to resort to kicking their door to let them know they are in my lane.

I now have an assortment of secret tools I keep on my bike for "Driver Awareness Incidents". Works quite well.

Parking lots are a different story. Seems like in every parking lot the worst drive has to park near me.

Three weeks ago I parked 5 spots behind everyone else at the store. Went in for 15 minutes and when I came out I noticed a minivan parked very very close behind me. Remember now I'm FIVE empty spots away from all other parked cars. When I got to the car the minivan was actually touching my rear bumper. It didn't do any damage, but why? I set in my car for 15 minutes waiting on the owner of the minivan to come out. I was planing on confronting them about it so they would think twice about it the next time.

It was a bad day already and the longer I set the more pissed off I got. After 15 Min's I said "Fu*k-It" walked up to the drivers door on the minivan and put my foot through it. I only wanted to dent it, But the new minivans are made from cheap, very thin urethane so my foot went all the way through it. In almost a perfect foot shape.

..... so fu*ck em.

120 mph fly-byes, wheelies down the neighborhod streets, sitting next to my quarter panel in traffic, weaving in the lane uinpredictably, tailgating with a flashing headlight... the sun is out today, I'll add to the list after tonights drive home.

I fold,
My brother in law is a tool. The reason he is an ex-trooper is because He was kicked out for being a tool. He is from a super small town, A place where crime is almost non-existent. He has honestly never seen the "real" world before. He started when he was 18 or 19 taking all then BLET classes and continued taking them for almost 5 years. All because he did not want to be a cop, he wanted to be a trooper. He was too much of a coward to join the marines, so he stuck his nose in a book in every classroom across NC. After years of trying he finely got accepted to go to the school they send the troopers to, and he got a job as a trooper. They stuck him right in the middle of Charlotte . He went from being a goofy guy, to sleeping with a loaded 45. It scared him to death.. He made it a grand total of 6 months, Got beat up once, Got in trouble for firing his gun, and maced his own leg wile driving.

I definitely didn't mean to come off like I was bragging about him. . A trooper he is not, a cop he is not, BUT the boy does know his text book laws. If he says something about the law you can count on it being true. I just wouldn't count on him to protect and serve.

Anyway.. Tossing BB's out a window to make a tailgater back off is not being an internet tough guy, Its not even being a highway tough guy. Its simply being an *******. Something that I admit I am, But only once pushed. I don't look for fights, and I don't look to bother anyone. If anything I have a mild social anxiety toward people that makes me want to stay away from normal conversation. But if I'm pushed, physically or metaphorically, I have very low regard to the laws once that line is crossed and I'm pushed past being nice.

Be is a relentless tailgater, A parking lot bandit or an internet tough guy (not ment toward anyone), Once I start, I wont back down.

Oh and it's NC of course everyone's got a gun. Hell even my 8yr old neighbor got a 22 for Christmas. Guns here are like air conditioners in Florida. Everyone has at least one and if you don't people make fun of you..... (Don't ask how I know.) Surprisingly their are more guns here in the center of NC then their where in western NC where I lived in the Appalachian mountains

Anyway bury the hatchet. I'm board of this one. I'm sure I will say something later on and we can continue. Until then lets let this one die.
