Guys- Melody is a very nice lady and a good manager at WM, and a 2nd generation member. Her father was a member here, passed away. That's his 40th she's showing in her avatar, that is now hers. (background- was getting the old baldass tires removed off my wagon wheels on the C5 so I could retrieve my TPMS when one of the tire guys broke it trying to get the tire off. He was successful on the other 3, just one of those things). I was getting a bit of a runaround from the tech and the Service Manager, so I went walking the store and found Melody (Asst.Mgr) on an aisle working her butt off. She immediatly stopped what she was doing and wrapped her arms around the situation. Took care of it like a pro.
).Melody sounds like a very nice lady, and I'm sorry for your loss. She should feel like part of the family though. (We all take a little ribbing from time to time) and it's all in fun.

Really have had a problem with each keyboard we put on this computer have to watch what I type.
