You've got to get the sensor above the water pump hooked up. It could be the cause of a lot of your problems. All my books are later but I'm sure somebody will chime in with the proper information.

I know.. I want to have that sensor hooked. iam sure the cable have to be one of those on the pictures. just dont know which one
Connectors pictured are for the A.I.R. valves, which are no longer on your car. Cut off the connectors, tape ends of wire and tuck them into loom.
The brake pressure switch wire comes out of main harness, just below master. The main fan relay wiring, leaves harness in the same location.
The coolant temp sensor wiring is in passenger side injector loom. Wire colours are yellow and black. The connector shape will match the sensor connection. Only MAT uses the same connector, and it's under plenum.
O2 sensor wire is purple. My memory says it come out of harness, just short of fuel pump relay.
