stereo setup HELP!!
you need the harness to bypass the radio control unit behind your glove box. You don't need to remove just unplug and use the harness and wire up the new head unit. you will need to install two .5 ohm resistors into the factory harness behind the radio head. There is a TSB on it here somewhere. You will need the mounting bracket as well, I don't recall the brand but it starts with an M. Crutchfield has the harness (I think) I got mine from a local stereo shop. oval 6x9 work in the back and round 5 1/4 works in the door sill.
There are Supporting Vendors that can help you with getting the equipment and accessories you need. Check with Dennis at Double D Mods. He will be more than willing to help you do a conversion.
