Not much going on in the "upgraded" C5 forum today?
A C4 has the same chances of catching fire as ANY other car on the road. Even brand new cars. Fuel, electric, and heat sources. They all have them.

When my wife was 16 (3 years before her and I started dating), her high school car burned to the ground.
She had a 92? dodge shadow that leaked oil all down the front of the engine/ headers, etc. The valve cover seal was bad.
She parked it at a garage sale and it went up in flames. She told me she started crying because she knew it'd mean she'd be riding her bike the rest of the summer (her family didnt have a lot of money).
Whats weird about this is an ex-gf also had a 92 dodge shadow (or its plymouth sundance? counterpart I cant remember) and it too leaked oil all down the front of the engine/ headers, etc. Though she got it fixed.
