W/ all due respect to everyone, including LEOs (two formerly in my family, and one of best friends), "reckless" driving is an ACT and SPEED is not in and of itself "reckless" in ALL situations, according to yours truly
!For example: The Silver State Classic Challenge is conducted on public roads at speeds exceeding 3 digits - which is far above the posted limit for normal traffic. So does that mean all of the participants are guilty of "reckless" driving???
It depends on the situation!!! I take issue with traffic laws that are arbitrary*e.g., Xmph over the limit = "reckless"...or whatever, AND with those those here that whimsically pass judgement as to what is or is not not safe ("reckless") on a public highway, in their opinion.

That said, "it is what it is". And so, if you "color outside the lines", you're on your own: one shouldn't whine about it if they get caught.
We need more tracks and speed events (like the Silver State event).
