I'd like to think I'd get another LT5 car, but only if it was mostly sorted out. Not sure I'd have it in me to port out the intake again, replace thousands of dollars worth of parts, and hunt down various pieces for cosmetic reasons. it took me two years just to get in a good spot with my current one.

certainly trading away both toys for a C7 would seriously be considered. I'm not that loyal to the idea of having the same car forever.

I am actually looking for one now. I want a '94 or '95 admiral blue or dark red metallic with a black interior and 6 speed. If I found a nice LT4 or ZR1 I would consider them also.

I want to replace the 94 I had when new.(Admiral blue, black interior, 6 speed.)
A picture of mine from 1995 in Arizona.

I would buy a AC Cobra replica. Reason, No emissions, insurance would be cheaper, I only drive mine about 2000 miles a year now. And I like verts.
Then the thought of a 2300 lb street car with v-8 power of choice!!

If not that, something out of the 50's or 60's

If the 91 Racr was totaled I would buy it back and gut it and cage it and replace the damaged panels with lighter panels and of course the hood with a lght weight hood w/o head lights.

If it were the 96, just let it go and either not replace it or get C6Z.
