Default Interior Light Delay Relay Location?

I have a 86 Convertible and the relay is bad based on the symptoms. I found a used one and picked it up and went to change it out. I've looked at the FSM and thought it was under the passenger side hush panel. I pulled it out the hush panel and tried looking up in there and couldn't see anything even close to it.

Anyone able to point me both to where it's located and the easiest way to get access to it to replace? If you have any pictures of it in place, that would be helpful too.

Appreciate any help.

Default Relay

I have yet to find the one in the car, but the replacement I received is black with a mounting tab like this one: http://www.mamotorworks.com/Corvette...embly-627284-1

It has a number molded into the back of the case: 14080625 and there is a connector (cut off and left on the one I got) with connector numbered A through E. A is white wire, B is black wire, C is Orange, D is a pair of white wires and E is pink with a black stripe.

I'd love to replace this thing and get the interior lights correct if only I could find it in the car.

Default Thanks

Thanks much. Looks like it is supposed to be around where I was looking but didn't find it. I'm going to have to take another shot at it.
I spent a fair amount of time looking so far but I'm not as limber as I once was and even using a mirror and light to see up there I apparently missed it.

It's taped to the harness with black electrical tape. This will give you an idea of what to look for (the connector plugs in on the right):
