You have to remove the top cover on the console. To do that you first have to remove the instrument cluster bezel, then the center bezel. All these pieces interlock and they have to come off in the correct order. You can remove all the screws for the instrument bezel and move it to the side far enough to expose the center cluster bezel screws.
After you get the console cover off the switches are exposed and held in place by two Philips screws. The switches pass a lot of current and the connector is VERY tight. Watch out when you are prying the connector off. It's easy to short something out and blow a fuse.
The switch is in a bezel (where the philips mounting screws are at) that is a PITA to get off so be careful not to break it. A couple of small blade screwdrivers will help. They are still available but more than the switch. I think I found my switches on the "Bay for less than $10 ea.
