Interior lighting 96 LT1

All of a sudden out of the blue my interior light are not going off after doors are closed anyone have this issue. Thanks

When i 1st read your post i thought you were saying you had (blue) lights anyway i had same thing happen on my 93 and i replaced the door switches. You can try pushing them in by hand to see if that is the problem. Also try a little silicone on the plunger and see if it dosent help. Dave

Since you didn't say, I will ask.
Are you sure the dimmer switch slider isn't turned all the way up?
If you rotate the dial all the way, the interior lights will come on and stay on (even with the doors closed).
