fuel tank imploded
I replaced the gas cap on my 85 c4 and half a tank later the tank has imploded.there was no gasket on the old cap. did the new one seal so good it caused this? what should I look for after I replace the tank? what a mess

I would sure try nothing to loose. Have you looked into what needs to be done to replace?
