It appears to be someone's "rendition" of the "rear hatch vent" - whose? I've no idea.

If you bought "locally" ask the PO to demo it for you

Looks to be well made, Open the rear hatch it should fit over the latch on the rear glass and hold it open about 3 inches when re-closed. Helps with air flow thru cabin with windows down.

It attaches to the rear hatch and "props" the rear window open to allow ventilation.
