I got home yesterday from the 650 mile trip from Albuquerque. The car was a real nice ride-- I kept it sane as my wife was with me and I did not want to risk pissing her off to the 10 hour ride back.
Today I took her out on my own- WOW. The car is really quick and has that "roll on" power like my ZR1; where you just keep adding gas and the wheels keep spinning. I do get this weird "wheel hop" but I'm sure that there is a lot of learning this driver needs to do. My plan is to keep the ZR1 (that is not going anywhere) drive the Z06 and put the 89 up for sale. That pains me as the 89 is near perfect, but the LT5 and LS6 are just a little more perfect.
This is my wife Lisa in "Old Town Albuquerque", then the CE at the Cadillac ranch in Amarillo and in my drive way- my buddy Wayne's 90 ZR1 is in the background.

Not always Went with wife's friend and her husband. Ran into his ex BF (He drives both sides of the road). His wife was pretty quiet the rest of the trip, my wife felt awkward when I asked him to join us for dinner.
