89 acrylic roof

89 acrylic roof
The acrylic roof has begun to separate from the frame and lifts up and down causing painful changes in air pressure. Is this common and if so what can I use to reseal the acrylic to the frame? Thank you

DON"T DRIVE THIS CAR! The roof will fly off unexpectedly, with tragic results!
Here's a link for re-bonding your acrylic roof. I did this procedure to my car many years ago, and it's working just fine! Don't try using RTV or weatherstrip adhesive. That will just make a mess that will complicate your next inevitable repair job.
