94 lt1 not starting
Hey guys,
Few days ago I started having issues with my 94. It would start but when I gave it gas it would start stalling out until it eventually died. Now it's at the point where its stuck in my driveway and the starter is trying to turn it over but it just continually cranks. I've been troubleshooting fuel delivery, I've replaced the fuel pump today but still no success and have checked the fuses as well. I have not yet replaced the fuel filter. One thing I'm noticing is that when I open the gas cap I dont get the pressure release like I used to anymore. Next step fuel filter? Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated

Today I was able to get the car jacked up to the point where I could change out the fuel filter but I noticed it looks new and not 25 years old so ruling that out..and ideas on next steps ?
