This is a wiring connector running just under the brake master cylinder and the ARS controller. It has a bracket on it, but does it attach anywhere?

I just went out and looked at my 93 Convertible. My car does not have anything that looks close, bolted or unbolted to anything.

Can you pull it out of there so we can get a better look at it? It makes me wonder if it's the brake pressure switch and some joker replaced the master cylinder, found out the switch didn't fit the threads anymore, and just left it dangling or something. Not sure what the bracket would be about though.

This should show you where it belongs. Under the bolt for the rear ASR support rod

First picture is as seen from passengers side of car
Second from above on drivers side.

Lets try it the OP's picture
The red arrow - that should be a metal rod bolted underneath the ASR module.
The connector bracket goes under the bolt holding it. Hard to see just run your hand along the rod.
Also in this picture the wires are on the wrong side of the rod.

Thank You All for the direction and pictures!!! I'm not sure who worked on this part of the car last, but it was all jacked up. Now it's fixed and where it should be.
