Sounds pretty realistic as a starting point. Someone else here picked up the same car for a little less, cant remember the mileage (80k?)
Hes sunk a few g in it but worth it in the long run. I dont know why some are so obsessed with getting their money out dont buy one if its a concern cause it almost never happens. Just enjoy it or pass altogether.

I think this car is a good indication of the where the market is, not what sellers are asking,
That one IS CHEAP. If he advertised it anywhere outside of here, that's gone in probably 72 hours. Maybe less.

I have seen a bunch on Facebook now start creeping down, for $8 or 9K with less than 80,000 miles recently, when they have been for sale for a couple months in the teens, if they WANT to sell, they have to lower the price.

I was going to list my car soon as I just don't have the time for it since purchasing the 2019 Z. I'm not sure what a realistic price would be but I'm surely not going to give it away. Guess we will see what kind of offers I can get.

They could also be absolute crap baskets. Never underestimate how much worse a car can be in person than on Facebook.

Even if that's true, what's worth noting is, what did the previous owner pay for the car? These cars bottomed out years ago, more than likely, they paid at or a little less than what they're selling it for now, plus the fact they have driven the car for several years, So, I'm not assuming anyones taking a bath on these cars, Were this takes a turn is condition, and if the cars STOCK! If you have a car that is immaculate, has less than 20k on the odometer, well maintained, and in near perfect condition, there is a huge difference in price, compared to 80,000 mile cars, with wood dashes, replacement seats, engine work, upgraded items.

Those cars! are going to set the mark for Value in the C4 market. and everyone benefits. Dont forget Gen X is now coming of age! And the C4 was probably one of their dream cars.
