C4 won’t start/crank

Default C4 won’t start/crank
I got a 1994 corvette LT1 had issues with it a couple days ago where it was cranking but no start and there was gas in my oil after changing the oil and replacing the fuel pressure regulator it started working just fine until about an hour after replacing the part the car does not want to crank or start. No the security VAT light is not on. Anyone out there can help troubleshoot ?

Check the battery connections.
