sport seat lumbar pump
Anyone know where i can get a passenger side air pump for the sport seats in my 93'?It is at the dealer apart and when they ordered the part GM called back and said the part is no longer made and is not availible-none of the major corvette parts places have it and the motor is shot so it cannot be rebuilt :mad

Clarify your post......
Is this the motor or the pump? They are separate units on the 1990, which could be the same as your 1993. I might have one of each. If you can, check to see if there is a casting number or part number on each part you need.

I really dont know which it is, i have the sport seats with the controls in the left side of the pass seat and when you pressed the button it did nothing, so i assume it was the motor, i will call the dealer and see-if anyone knows if they are the same for a 90' let me know and ill take both of them

Theres a tip in the tech tip section on how to fix them. Most likely the rubber diaphram has torn and the piston is now wedged at an angle. Take it apart and see if you can just replace it with a new diaphram first. Tats all mine needed. I used a pair of rubber dishwashing gloves and scissors to make a new diaphram for mine and they worked great.
