85 seats

Any of you guys use the trapeze straps to replace the broken wires in the seat bottom. Also, are 1990 seats the sane as 1985 seats. Will they fit?

I used those when i replaced the seat covers and foam - not sure there was much of a difference in feel because the foam was changed at the same time - easy enough job - hope that helps

I have not made the swap, but after looking at the spring/wire set up in mine, I think it's a mighty fine idea. Has to offer better support and feel. Does anyone know when the change from the springs to the straps occurred?

not sure - i was just looking around someone else used an extra set of straps - hooked up 4 instead of the 2 in the kit - looked like a solid idea
