Default Wheel Hub Problems

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get a wheel stud out of the hub flange? I had two that were mangled when I removed wheels to do the brakes (Thanks, Firestone). I couldn't even get the lug nuts of with my impact (Thanks, Firestone) I manged to force one out with a socket and C-clamp just as done before. The other is not moving, I bnet the 6" C-clamp, tried knocking it out, cut of the stud to about 1/8" from flange, started drilling but don't have good enough bits, then tried my air chisel with the pointed bit and still nothing.

Any good ideas? I don't want to wreck the hub.

I would soak the stud in PB Blaster and wait a while... then hit it with a big honk'n mallet.

I have been using a 2# mallet to bang the stud out but only had WD-40 to try to help with the corrosion/freezing. I'll try the Blaster solution but I am concerned about doing harm to the wheel hub by hammering on it too much, especially as they are about $225+.

If I don't get it out tonight I thought I may take it to a shop, any ideas where? Brake Shop? Machine Shop? Tire Shop?
