I don't think they look bad. I'm planning on the Altec's before next summer's driving season.

Kenv-- great list there, but... no stickers? Isn't it 5 hp per sticker/decal? I think you forgot that on your list of mods!

THE STICKERS! Damn!, I knew I was missing some horsepower somewhere. Now I gotta go back out to Pep Boys.

Just like those - on mine. The fronts don't hang down far enough - btw - I added some soft rubber extensions to them to get the bottom edges anothe 2" or so lower, keeps Most (but by no neans all) of the crap off the rocker panels. The Rear ones seem to be fine as they are. After looking at them on the car for almost 5 years now I've gotten used to them.

I have the P/N 602-266 on my 35th; check out the Corvettes at Carlisle pics on my site for a view of them on a white C4.

Kara, is that a '74 next to it. My first vette was a 74 that color. I'd like to see a picture of that car if you can get the whole thing in.

Nope, I see the picture above it. It's a 75-77. Nice car though. In some respects I really miss that car. But I have to admit, the reliability and creature comforts of the C4 give it a bit of an edge.

To get more specific, the '74 has the split bumper and the '76 has the Vega steering wheel. I'm sure there are a few other differences, but those are the most obvious.

the antecs fit nice but are more noticeable then the flat ones.saw a zr1 with painted ones at a show, looked great.he painted the tire side of them in black armor paint because the rocks kept chipping the light blue and made it look crummy.(light blue colored car).
if you drive on any gravel at all you'll thank yourself.i was missing my left front for a while last year and i started noticing rock chips under the door area on that side.none on the right side.
it wasnt a rock flinger at all until i put new tires on.also the 8.5in. wheeled c4s might not be as big a deal as the 9.5 ones.
i guess the cleartastic just blows off so if you ever see gravel, even in a parking lot on occasion, gaurds are a nice option.
ive yet to have anyone say "nice car man,but you should lose the chip gaurds".

Split may not be the right word, but the bumper is in two pieces.
