To make a long story short, I had a stuck relay that burned a wire. Replaced the relay and find that I am not getting all the signals. I'm afraid it maybe the MAF sensor.I will do a little more checking. The question is that a new one costs $470. OUCH! Napa has reconditioned ones for $180. Does anyone have experience with the reconditioned ones? Or does anyone know where I can get a cheaper new one. This is for an 87.
You guys are great with advice. Thanks in advance.

I scored a few out of a bone yard for my old fbody. They seemed to work good it may be an idea since it was $5. You might also be better off trying to find a member who is selling one. It may save some $$$
When the original MAF failed in the '88 Vette I installed a Wells MAF, didn't like it and swapped with the original MAF from my '86 IROC. This MAF has been working fine for over 4yrs now.
I suggest you go with a used MAF from a 3rg Gen F-body.
