I thought of that already. They did all of it when I ordered the engine. Because it was supposed to have the RR's, ect.. They did the machine work, but didnt put on the proper parts. The head was milled also.

As fo rthe parts section. I'm going to more than likely do that. I'm also going to sell the cam & lifters, timing chain, pushrods & roller tips. I figure someonce can use it for a base build up, if they are just looking for a basic rebuild for a SBC( monty carlo, caprice, ect..).
I also forgot to get new valve covers. Because IIRC the stock VC( I have stock size chrome ones) wont fit over the RR's. I need to get the tall ones correct?
Jake, that feels really weird. I'm being called a retiree. I mean when people ask what I do I just tell them i'm "retired" to aviod having to say why. I get paid & I dont work, because I "got hurt on the job". So I just collect my VA disability.
BTW, i'm only 28 years old. I've been "retired" for 4 years.
