Well, I tried about everything... Burping the baby up on the ramps, now about 8 times, replaced the sending unit at the radiator neck, even tried to ground out the switch to turn the stupid lite out for testing purposes. Nothing just seems to work. TJWong and I talked about it and tried different procedures to no resolve.. so its to you guys.. Help will be much appreciated. Even some way to turn the light out... thanks/vinnie

Dayum.....! This has been an on going problem, eh? Pull the wire off the sensor and ground it off uder one of the wheel well liner bolts. That should be the end of it.
In my '88 the signal from the low coolant sensor goes to the Low Coolant Module, located behind the I/P near the fuse block.
Trace the Dk Grn wire from the sensor to the module. The module has the following a 4-pin connector with the following wiring:
Pnk/Blk - power from Gauge fuse
Blk - Ground
Dk Grn - input signal from the Low Coolant sensor
Gry - output signal to the Telltake Assembly.
Remove the connector from the Low Coolant Module and from the elltale Assembly and check the Dk Grn wire and the Gry wire for opens.
There must be +12Vdc on the Pnk/Blk wire with the ignition On since the Low Coolant Indicator is lit.
If both wires have continuity, replace the Low Coolant Module. If you cannot locate a new one, try Contemporary Corvette.
Thanks Guys... JR, yea been an ongoing for a while... actually tried the grounding and it didn't work before, gonna try again.. and follow 65Z01's trace out and see what happens this weekend. I appreciate, as always, the input and support... vinnie
