Just open the case to your smog pump and break the blades out. Just be careful not to wreck the bearings inside. Then you will have a smog pump eliminator in a smog pump case.
I'm just curious. Why would you want to eliminate the smog pump on a C4 and what will eliminating it do for your car?
A lot of people get rid of the emissions on their car when they install headers and the smog pump is part of the emissions equipment. In the older cars they go bad and make an aweful squealing noise. I took mine out to install my supercharger. But it was gutted before that.
Some people say it frees up a few ponies, I don't know for sure if that is true.

I did mine because it was impossible to get to the belt tensioner with my camber brace installed because of the diverter valves. To replace the belt I would have had to remove the brace. Now I have a clear shot and can replace the belt in ~10 min. vs 30 min. and a lot fewer tools.
