Default Valve job ?

I have a 86 vette with 107.898 miles on it, The car runs great but when I start it I get a puff of smoke, should I get a valve job or wait
to re-build motor later?

I'd wait if it were me. A puff of smoke on a 100k motor isn't abnormal.
Vettes like yours have tons of life left in them.

Or just slap a set of valve seals into it and keep going.

Yep, this was what was happening with another vehicle of mine, and a new set of valve stem seals did the trick. No smoke at all on start up now...and no embarrassment, either.
