Fuel tank question
There has been a definite pattern since I've had the '95 where for some reason it feels slightly stronger when the fuel level is off of full, maybe from about 3/4 tank on down.
It's like once there's some more air space inside the tank, it helps somehow.
What does this sound indicative of? Some type of venting problem?

perhaps the EVAP solenoid isn't working, it is near the front on the passengerside manifold close to the throttle body.
Depending on the vent cycles etc, you should be able to hear it vent off pressure.
