Temp erratic
Just changed plugs and wires on my 92 LT1, also put in 160deg thermostate and a coolant temp sensor (the one screwed into the water pump). Now when I first start it up when it's cold it immediately reads 142 degrees and service engine soon lite comes on. Then temp fluctuates between 142 and any lower number and misses slightly until the temp goes over 142 then everything runs fine, service engine soon lite goes out, runs smooth and temp runs between 169 - 180. Any ideas? Thanks alanp1
