Mike I am almost positive that you can use the 794-16 Ti retainer. It is for a beehive spring with a .650 ID and 10 deg locks. The 918 springs has a .660 ID. You will also need the spring cups which are either going to be a 4695 or a 4696. The first number is for a .500 valve stem and the other is for a .570 valve stem. Check with Comp to verify, AFR heads uses the second number. Then you will need shims that would go under these spring cups to give you the require installed height.
