Default Oil Pan Sensor

How do you get this thing out, do you remove the plastic part or do you remove the metal nut too. I've been trying to just get the plastic part out, it rotates around in the nut but I cant get it out.

Sorry, can't help. I don't have an oil pan sensor.

This'll give you a bump though.

Is the nut like 3/4" or 5/8"? I think you have to remove that nut to get the sensor out (it was a couple years ago that I took mine out).

There's a nut on the sensor that is unscrewed. Then you pull it out carefully. It's stuck because the o-ring around the sensor.
