Default Remove pan without pulling engine?

Have a 92 lt1 that needs a new piston.... New cam and shaved heads...Anyway, I wont make that mistake again. My question is can I remove the oil pan without pulling the engine? Thank you for your help..

It's not at all difficult to remove the pan from these cars with the engine installed. However, I'd recommened consulting the manual for your specific application. If you have a bad hole though, you might want to consider a complete rebuild.
