Anyone have any recommendations for a good fuel injector cleaner besides BG 44K? My local suplier is out of the BG right now and won't have any in for about 2 weeks so I am looking for suggestions. I checked the local parts stores and they have Lucas injector cleaner and the SeaFoam do everything cleaner. Any suggestions??
An engine builder here in akron, ohio says that JB's fuel injector cleaner (cylindrical can) (justice brothers - napa stocks it) is the best fuel injector cleaner out there.
You add it to the gas.
They also warned me not to spill it on anything. Its viscosity is very light so the wind can blow it all over your paint as you put it in the gas tank at the gas station (must use a funnel).

You're going to get 50 different answers. Each person has his/her own favorite and swears by it. So pick one from the list and see if it works for you.
GM Top engine cleaner. It's available at any dealer and it is what many of them use in their "fuel injector cleaning machines". I throw a can in a low tank of gas every so often and it seems to help if the problem is not too bad.
