Fuel pump failure??
I have a C3 with a TPI installed. I use a AC241 intank fuel pump that has had to be replaced twice in a year. I never go below 1/4 tank. Was wondering what could cause failure twice in a year.....pump just stops pumping 0 fuel pressure.

I'm not familiar with that AC part number, but is that pump designed to continuously work at the high pressure settings that TPI system calls for.
If not, it could just be getting over-worked.
Are you running a fuel return line to the tank?
What voltage is the pump getting?

Its a pump for a 92 f body with TPI, 12.8 was the lowest voltage when tested. And yes there is a return line from the fuel rail to the tank.
I ask because a friend's new aftermarket pump on his 434 SB was pulling too high an amperage; pump was faulty.
