Just playing with the new camera I got and the software to take the videos off. Thought I would put some videos here for those of you that are interested and have asked about the cars.
First is the video of Dad's chevelle - first run off the trailer this year after we made the change to his Aluminum Dart Pro 1 heads, and 1095 Demon Carb. Also did some work to his suspension, which still needs some tweaking....But the car is assured to his 9s in no time...Found a few things this week that were costing him some to the tune of about 40-50hps..
Next is a little clip I put together of my rear breaking again first time out this year. Not a good scenerio - it was cut short from the swearing the camera man did when it happened. Then is just another of the first runs this year when the car was running extremely lean - cause it still needs dialed in with the new cam. WIth this cam the car wants ~20% more fuel
Looks like it hooked hard to the right! Did you keep it off the guard rail?
Nice Chevelle!! And of course, nice bad-a$$ Vette!!
That was when it twisted the passengers side 1/2 shaft off on the launch. It JUST missed the launch tree. The guys standing there said it missed by less than a 1/2 ft!
Thanks for the comments. Lots of work into the cars - and its fun to share....

hey jesse,
from what i see that th350 didnt help out much , your still blowing up halfshafts . i just went with a th350 and a PI converter , why dont you get some aftermarket halfshafts, i know they run so much but that would stop you problem
Nice run! I just ran my car last night for the first time this year with the new cam and i still need to do a little bit of tuning on it it seems to be a little slugish off the line then its like hitting the nitrous button. What are you shifting at with your new set up?
